A&B, the developer, has established a website where you may submit all of your warranty requests. Please visit http://homeinformationpackages.com/ and use your login information provided in your Homeowner’s Manual. Once you’ve set up, the warranty website will keep track of all of your requests, and you will be contacted by A&B’s warranty customer service team to schedule your repair if it is considered a valid, warrantable item.
