Clean dishwasher strainer, spray arms, and pump. Check dishwasher drain and water connections for leaks.

Clean or replace range hood filters.

Inspect dryer ducts and ensure they are not clogged.

Inspect washing machine water supply hoses for leaks.

Test and reset all GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) and AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter) receptacles.

Check windows for smooth opening and closing operation. Clean tracks and weep holes, lubricate as necessary.

Check air-conditioner drain lines for blockage.

Clean and inspect bathroom exhaust fans.

Clean/replace air conditioner filters.

Check and tighten door hardware and lubricate as necessary.

Check for cracks, separations, and mildew in caulking around sinks, tubs, and counters. Clean and recaulk as necessary.

Check pipes and drains for water leakage. Clean drains to avoid backups.

Check water supply lines and valves to sinks and toilets. Tighten if loose.

Clean blades by grinding up a few ice cubes. Freshen with lemon rinds.

Clean out faucet aerators, spray nozzles, and drains.

Flush all toilets and run water through all sinks, especially those not used regularly.
