Desmond Oliveira

Executive Manager

• Assisted in the opening of The Collection in 2016 as a Residential Specialist.

• Previously a Security Officer for Keola La’i Condominium.

• Earned his High School Diploma from Pahoa High and Intermediate School.

• Earned his Associates Degree in Liberal Arts at the Kapiolani Community College.

• Earned his Accredited Residential Manager certification from IREM in 2021.

Michele Alueta

Associa Hawaii

Michele Alueta holds the position of Community Director with Associa Hawaii. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Hawaii and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.

Prior to her career in Association Management, Michele worked as a Senior Client Services Consultant for Cartus, a global relocation support services company in Irving, TX, and managed relocation services for a Fortune 10 Company. Michele relocated back to Hawaii to work in Community Management in 2014 and joined Associa Hawaii in 2018.

She manages a select group of Associations, and oversees a team of Community Managers. She has worked with her Boards of Directors on several large projects, including drain pipe replacement, asphalt repaving, elevator modernization, building painting and pool deck renovations. Michele’s strong organizational skills and professional experience bring value and strength to her clients.
